Exchange and / or return policies:
It is the restaurant’s responsibility to determine in what cases there exists the need of requesting a refund. For this reason, we highly recommend restaurants to double check that all possibilities to deliver the food to the customer have been considered, since no refunds can be undone.
All restaurants must follow these instructions when one refund needs to be given to a customer:
- The restaurant’s owner or authorized staff must fill the Refund Form that is in the following link: https://www.lahavana.com/restaurant-refund.
- La Havana has a list of authorized people to submit refunds. If you wish to add people or modify this list, please contact us.
- Once the refund is submitted, both the person that did it and the customer will receive an email of confirmation.
- Please be advised that the total amount of the refund may take up to 2 days to get to the customer’s bank account.
